ABOUT MARY MCCARTHY

Mary McCarthy is a developing artist interested in exploring the intersection of theatre, storytelling, and creativity. She is currently pursuing her Bachelor of Fine Arts in Scenic Design at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. She has experience designing for plays, musicals, and film. 

 

Born and raised in Chicago, Mary is grateful to have grown up around the arts and has always felt connected to the creative world. ​In addition to design, she loves portrait art, photography, and fashion.
